This is a relatively old photo which I shot at the South Bank in February, 2013 using my lovely old Fuji X-E1. It's nice to refresh some earlier images using the new software (Capture One, as opposed to Lightroom). It's come up very well, I think, the "noise" now looking like a convincing film grain instead of wormy mush.
A bit of technical stuff:  unfortunately, for years, to get my images into Lightroom, I turned them all into DNG files. I don't think I can turn them back into RAF files so I don't think I process any of them in my Fuji-only version of Capture One :(

Merry-go-round on the Southbank, London. February (and thus freezing cold and nearly always dark) 2013.

Big Ben (from the same group of pics as those above)

I can't make up my mind which I prefer - colour or monochrome?

This one is from my phone, shot from the train approaching Victoria Station. God knows what they are doing to Battersea Power Station...

Just up the road from our house one June evening, 2019
