These images are from a nervous and somewhat manic street photography quest in the wild city of Napoli, Italy, during the evening of April 4th and the morning of April 5th, 2017. My intention was to shoot fast and unnoticed with a view to keeping every frame exactly as it was shot. None of the following images have been cropped or re-composed in any way. For this shoot I had the great advantage of a photographic "stooge", in the form of my son, Mo, who moved around in ways which deflected public attention from my prying lens. I'm sure I'd have gotten my head kicked in if he hadn't been there with me. I was as fast and discrete as I could be but you'll probably see that I was "clocked" quite a few times and that not everyone looked particularly happy to be captured. The Camera I used was a Fujifilm TX-20 with a prime f1.7 23mm lens. I shot with the electronic viewfinder set to monochrome.
